Played 5-a-side Ultimate on astro with ABH for an  hour. Great cardio and sprints.

Lat pull down
70kg - 7
63kg - 7 - 8 - 5

Leg press
58kg - 11 (great form)
72kg - 11 - 11 (good form cdb)
